Each and every one of us has a drawer full of memories. Those that are deeply-rooted are usually related to childhood, when everything that surrounded us had a good unique taste. My memories are related to pasta, to that soft dough of which consistency was created thanks to my grandmother’s strong hands. My curiosity to understand why all this happened, why was the flour yellow and rough, why was it so strong and why it was able to become food, pushed me to try to put ‘my hands in pasta’. This is how through an old passion, my love towards pasta grew! From that day onwards, with the intense memory of my grandmother together with my mother’s skilful competence, I continue this extraordinary family tradition.
